I recently bought a Colt 6450 and so far it's been a really fun gun.

How many other folks here run a 9mm AR?

Colt 6450, also.

Have you tried the Promag 32 rounders yet?

I bought 15 of them, and haven't had any problems yet.

No, I heard too much bad stuff about the Pro-Mags. I "bit the bullet" and bought 8 Colt 32's. So far 100% function. C Products is supposed to be tooling up to make Colt style 20 and 32 rounders in stainless for a lot less than the Colt mags. Only thing is, they might not be available for 3 or 4 months.

I did just purchase a 9mm "Q" heavy buffer from Slash on ARFcom. Figured it'll save my BHO and reduce some recoil while it's at it.

When the Promags first came out, there were problems. But, they worked out the bugs and put better springs in them. Not too shabby for $15 a pop.

I keep my Colt and Uzi(modified for Colt) mags as trading fodder.

The promag 9's work fine. I have had no issues. sometimes, you just need to trim the inside of the forward feedlips a bit...that's what I have read about resolving feeding issues.

I have the parts to assemble one , I have not been at home to finish however. When I do get home I am going to get started I think they are fun little guns.

*sigh*....I should build another 9mm AR....guess that goes on the list after the G36 CQB, DMR, SOPMOD M4, something in 6.8, somthing in .308, and then I guess I could do a 9mm SBR

They are a lot of fun to shoot. A friend likes to go crazy with them. Duracoat, SBRs, and suppressors are a dangerous combination

I am working on a 9mm rifle, It will use SNS industries blocks, and mod'd STEN mags with a modified Oly upper.

I'm using a 9mm Oly upper on a Stag lower. I use OLY modified Sten mags and no problems other than trying to get 32 rounds in a mag without wearing out the finger tips.

Accuracy is pretty good.....soda cans at 100 yards are easy (9 out of 10) with iron sites.
